About Us!

We are a small, local and family run business. We currently work as a team of 3. 

We have Tony  who has been working as a domestic appliance engineer for over 25 years. He started out on the road with his father who had a successful business for a number of years before he then went on to specialise in refrigeration manufacturing and a wider range of appliance repairs. Tony started the business by himself in 2011 and is delighted with how the business has continued to grow.  For him, being an independent, local and honest engineer has really helped him build the business in to what it is today. 

In 2019, Annali came on board. Annali deals with everything in the office from answering the phone, dealing with the accounts, ordering parts, booking in the repairs... etc etc! Working as a husband and wife team has really pushed our business to the next level and allowed us ensure our customers have the best experience when using us. We have continued to grow busier and busier since making these changes and so have recently expanded further. 

In 2025, we took Adam on board. Adam is Tony's brother. He has always shown an interest in our line of work and earlier this year, we decided now was the right time for us all to take the next step. Adam has qualified in all the relevant areas to be a engineer in his own right. He will be working independently as well as continuing to work with Tony and shadow him in order to expand his knowledge.  This recent change will mean an even quicker turnaround for our customers and will enable us to branch further afield into areas that we are currently not able to service.

We work closely with a couple of local suppliers in Ipswich to ensure that we are always getting the best prices and the quickest turnarounds possible – we understand that being without a working appliance, is a massive inconvenience!

We are pleased to offer our services to Ipswich, Felixstowe, Woodbridge, Colchester, Stowmarket, Sudbury and all the villages in between.
